Likewise, “natural born Citizens” are “Citizens at Birth” but not all “Citizens at Birth” are “natural born Citizens”! Citizen at Birth (CAB) does NOT identically equal Natural Born Citizen (NBC) at Birth. Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen of the USA.
