According to your Articles of Incorporation, the specific purposes of this non-profit are, "charitable, religious, educational, and scientific". However, your agenda seems to be political. Also, do you have available for the public a copy of your 990?

SueEllen,

Thanks for rescuing Ms. Lawton's reputation and taking full blame upon yourself. That is a noble thing to do. I would point out that I didn't blame Ms. Lawton. I just posted her name. I didn’t think she actually wrote the comment because she is an expert on non-profit groups and your comment did not reflect an awareness of the issue. Since I am on the board of 4 non-profit groups I didn’t realize you were talking about Constitution Action Fund. My lawyer passes this along for your review:

“Political has to do with electing candidates or passing referendum items, not with civic interest issues. If we were working for or against the election of any candidate or referendum issue, with statements such as "Vote for ..." or "Don't Vote for ...," she'd be right. As it stands, she's way off base.

No 990 form has been filed. The org is brand new, which would be obvious if she looked at the dates.”
