DIY Obama Ballot Challenges About to Expand to Four States

DIY Obama Ballot Challenges About to Expand to Four States

Jerry Collette, creator of the Do It Yourself Ballot Challenge Kit, reports that DIY ballot challenges will soon be happening in four states, Florida, Kentucky, Washington, and Louisiana.

In Florida, Jerry’s original DIY prototype case is still pending, under common law tort theories.
Todd House, M.D. of Louisville, KY, a candidate for President of the United States, has filed an action in Kentucky Circuit Court challenging Barack Obama's eligibility for the office using both the common law tort theories of the DIY kit and Kentucky Revised Statute 118.176, which allows any voter to challenge the bona fides of a candidate for office.  See News Release.

In Washington, we have a plaintiff planning a ballot challenge under the Revised Code of Washington 29A.68.011(1)(3).
In Louisiana, we have a plaintiff planning a ballot challenge under both the common law tort theories of the DIY kit and Louisiana Revised Statutes 18.1257 and 18.1401

Collette said, ”If we just file enough of these suits, we may get that one courageous judge who can save America.”

Sam Sewell, Director of ConstitutionalElections.org said, “We encourage other patriots to bring these actions in their states.”
