This is as good as any opportunity we have to knock Obama down, via ballot challenge and/or unfavorable publicity, impacting the election. Win or lose, we will spread the word far and wide. They can no longer honestly dispute the assertion that he has provided not a shred of valid, legal proof of eligibility and are down to arbitrary rulings on technicalities, ignoring evidence and plain lies.

Approximately 40% of Americans and 70% of Republicans polled now doubt "Obama's" Presidential eligibility.

You can help the legal/PR effort by:

1. Contributing to expenses

2. Spreading the word to as many voters and officials as possible, coaching them on the significance of this issue, evidence, illegal/unconstitutional actions by officials, etc.

This is probably our last shot for a trial in time to impact the election or throw it into legal doubt.

I need to raise $800 to appear as a witness in the Indiana state ballot challenge against Obama Oct. 22.  This is an actual trial for the first time with a superior court.  The Georgia hearing was before only an administrative judge. I will be testifying regarding the State Dept release of the name Soebarkah for BHO as well as what they hid.  Also, regarding the fact that obama did not have to even complete a federal I9 form  as POTUS, Senator or IL state senator and did not have to undergo a background check for any of those positions.  This is important to show the judge that she has an obligation to rule in defense of the state of Indiana and its people against a Usurper..
